eZee Absolute is a cloud hotel management system; its pricing now sits on Yanolja Cloud Solution's site. Its own site lists hotel software, a booking engine, a channel manager with 130+ channels and a restaurant POS. LobbyMind is a newer property system for guest houses, hotels and resorts, with housekeeping on any phone, a guest web portal and a copilot in every plan, and switching help for properties that run eZee FrontDesk today. If you need a restaurant POS from the same vendor, eZee has one and LobbyMind does not.

A note on the import
LobbyMind's eZee import reads eZee FrontDesk CSV exports. eZee FrontDesk is a different eZee product from eZee Absolute. The import has a preset for FrontDesk's column headings, day-first dates and reservation statuses, and it previews every row before anything is applied. It is in beta.
It does not read eZee Absolute exports with a preset. If you run eZee Absolute, export your rooms, rates, guests and reservations as CSV and load them through plain CSV import, where you map each column by hand. The preview and dry run work the same way. Send us a sample export first and we will tell you what maps.
Price
eZee Absolute's pricing link opens Yanolja Cloud Solution's pricing page. It lists Essential at USD 130 a month and Growth at USD 240 a month for 1 to 5 rooms, with the price set by your room count. Essential includes the PMS, channel manager, booking engine and payments where Stripe, Razorpay or Xendit is available. Growth adds an AI concierge, dynamic pricing and reputation management. Add-ons include a website builder at USD 45 per property a month, the restaurant POS at USD 90 per outlet a month, and an open API at USD 150 per package. Onboarding, migration and unlimited training are included.
LobbyMind's Starter is from USD 29 a month per property for up to 15 rooms. Growth is from USD 6 a room a month with a USD 99 minimum. The channel manager connection is in every plan; the booking engine and a property website are add-ons priced on request. So for a 12-room guest house, compare eZee's quote for 12 rooms with LobbyMind Starter plus the booking engine add-on, if you need one.
Channels, bookings and payments
eZee lists 130+ connected channels, with the channel manager in every plan, a commission-free booking engine with metasearch connections, and 120+ payment gateways for the booking engine.
LobbyMind's channel manager connection reaches 78 channels, among them Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and Agoda. It takes card payments through the Bank of Maldives (BML) gateway by pay link, in rufiyaa or US dollars, and has no other payment gateway yet. For a Maldives property that takes foreign cards through BML, that covers deposits and balances. Elsewhere, eZee's payment options are wider.
Restaurant and meal plans
eZee sells a restaurant POS with menus, inventory and a waiter app, and its PMS handles meal plans and packages.
LobbyMind has no POS. Guests order from outlet menus in the guest app, and the charge posts to the folio.
Staff and guests
eZee lists a mobile guest self-service portal for self check-in and service requests, and a mobile app for the front desk.
LobbyMind's guest web portal lets guests check in, ask for things and order from their phone, in 8 languages including right-to-left Arabic and Dhivehi, and its layout is changed in a builder. Requests become tasks for the right team. Housekeeping runs on any phone from the portal; there is no native app. The copilot answers questions on live data, and anything it would change waits for staff approval.
Maldives specifics
LobbyMind was built with Maldives properties in mind: the BML gateway, statutory exports and the MIRA input tax statement, Dhivehi in the guest portal, and switching support on WhatsApp in Dhivehi and English during set hours. eZee's site says it is customised for several countries, naming India, South Africa, Oman, Malaysia and Thailand. Ask eZee about Maldives reports if you need them.
How to choose
- If you run a restaurant and want its POS in the same system, eZee covers it.
- If you are in the Maldives and take foreign cards through BML, LobbyMind connects to it directly.
- Price both for your real room count, with every add-on you need.
- Run a dry run: import your data into a LobbyMind trial and keep eZee running beside it. The switch package includes a 30 to 60 day parallel run on request.
