What it does
- Upload eZee FrontDesk’s CSV exports. Nothing is connected to eZee itself.
- The eZee FrontDesk preset maps column headings whatever their case, spaces and punctuation, reads day-first dates and knows eZee’s reservation statuses.
- Every row is staged with its outcome, so you see what will happen before you apply.
- Import is free with a dry run in the switch package. The app is in beta.

Set it up
Export room types, rates, guests and reservations from eZee FrontDesk as CSV.
Open Apps, then Import data, and choose the eZee FrontDesk preset.
Upload the files and check the column mapping.
Review the preview of every row, fix what it flags, then apply.

Which eZee exports does it read?
The preset maps the column headings of eZee FrontDesk reports saved as CSV. If one of your reports differs, send a sample first. A CSV from another eZee product or another system goes through plain CSV import, where you map each column by hand.
Is anything applied before we check it?
No. Every row is staged and previewed with its outcome, and nothing is applied until you confirm.
Is the import ready for a live property?
The App store marks it Beta. Run a dry run and a parallel run beside eZee first. The switch package covers both.
