Properties change hotel systems for a few common reasons: the price, a module they need, a local requirement, or a team that wants something it can learn faster. Below are six options, LobbyMind among them. Each entry says who the system suits, from that vendor's own pages, checked on the date at the end. We make LobbyMind, so read our entry with that in mind, and check every claim against its source.

First, what eZee Absolute includes

eZee Absolute's pricing link opens Yanolja Cloud Solution's pricing page. Essential costs USD 130 a month and Growth USD 240 a month for 1 to 5 rooms, rising with room count. Essential includes the PMS, channel manager, booking engine and card payments where Stripe, Razorpay or Xendit is available. A restaurant POS costs USD 90 per outlet a month, and a website builder USD 45 per property a month. The eZee site lists 130+ channels, a 14-day free trial and a mobile app. Any alternative should be priced against that full bundle, not the PMS alone.

LobbyMind

LobbyMind is a property system for guest houses, hotels and resorts. Starter is from USD 29 a month per property for up to 15 rooms; Growth is from USD 6 a room a month with a USD 99 minimum, and comes with a 30-day trial. Every plan includes the front desk, reservations, rates, folios, housekeeping on any phone, a guest web portal in 8 languages, statutory exports and a copilot that answers questions on live data. The channel manager connection to 78 channels is included. The booking engine and a website are add-ons priced on request.

For the Maldives it connects to the Bank of Maldives (BML) gateway and produces the MIRA input tax statement. It has no other payment gateway yet, no restaurant POS and no native app.

The eZee import reads eZee FrontDesk CSV exports with a preset and previews every row. It does not read eZee Absolute exports with a preset: those go through plain CSV import, where you map each column by hand. The import is in beta and free in the switch package, with a dry run and a parallel run on request. Read the full eZee Absolute vs LobbyMind comparison.

Cloudbeds

Cloudbeds sells a property system with payments and a Marketplace in every plan. Its One plan adds the channel manager and booking engine, and Experience adds guest experience and reputation tools. Revenue management, a CRM, digital marketing and websites are add-ons. Every plan is priced by quote. Its home page says it serves 20,000+ properties in 150+ countries and lists 450+ integration partners. It suits properties that want many tools from one vendor and are happy to price through sales. See Cloudbeds vs LobbyMind.

Little Hotelier

Little Hotelier, powered by SiteMinder, is built for small properties: hotels, B&Bs, guest houses, motels, lodges and more. It lists 450+ booking channels, a booking engine, payments with transaction fees, a mobile app and a 30-day free trial with no lock-in contract. The price appears after you enter your number of rooms. It suits small places whose main job is filling rooms across many channels. See Little Hotelier vs LobbyMind.

Mews

Mews is priced per room, by quote after a short call. Its Mews Pro plan includes property management, revenue management, a channel manager with a 400-channel network, embedded payments, a booking engine, kiosks and digital keys, business intelligence and housekeeping. A POS runs in the same system. Its Marketplace lists 1,000+ integrations. It suits hotels that want one vendor for payments, POS and revenue. See Mews vs LobbyMind.

Hotelogix

Hotelogix describes itself as a cloud-based hospitality tech company based in Singapore, founded in 2008. Its home page lists a PMS, front desk, point of sale, housekeeping, a revenue management system, a web booking engine and a channel manager, for hotels, resorts, B&Bs, serviced apartments and hostels. It states 12K+ hotels in 100+ countries, 13 languages and 100+ third-party integrations. Pricing is by quote and depends on the size of your hotel. It suits properties that want a cloud PMS with a POS from one vendor and are fine with a quote.

Sirvoy

Sirvoy is a property system for independent accommodation businesses, with a front desk, booking engine, channel manager, website builder and automations. Its pricing page shows a free plan for 1 room and paid plans with prices in euros, set by room count, and a 14-day free trial with no credit card. The channel manager is in the Pro plan. Its home page says it manages 4,000+ properties. It suits independent hosts and small properties that want to start free and see the price up front.

How to choose

  1. List what you use in eZee today: POS, booking engine, payment gateway, channels, reports.
  2. Cross off any option that lacks one you cannot run without. For LobbyMind, check payments outside the Maldives and POS first.
  3. Price a year for your room count with each vendor, add-ons included.
  4. Export your data and try an import before you sign. Ask each vendor what it can read.
  5. Run the new system beside eZee for a few weeks.

Where eZee Absolute fits better

  • You run a restaurant and want its POS from the same vendor as your PMS: eZee sells a restaurant POS add-on.
  • You need one of the local versions eZee names, for India, South Africa, Oman, Malaysia or Thailand.
  • You sell on more channels than LobbyMind's 78: eZee lists 130+.
  • Your team knows eZee well, your price is fair and nothing is missing. A switch costs time, even with free import.
