Properties change hotel systems for a few common reasons: the price, a module they need, a local requirement, or a team that wants something it can learn faster. Below are six alternatives to Cloudbeds, LobbyMind among them. Each entry says who the system suits, from that vendor's own pages, checked on the date at the end. We make LobbyMind, so read our entry with that in mind, and check each claim against its source.
First, what Cloudbeds includes
Cloudbeds' pricing page lists four plans, Flex, One, Experience and Enterprise, all priced by quote. Every plan includes the PMS, payments, the Marketplace, a mobile app, reporting, housekeeping and group management. One adds the channel manager and booking engine. Experience adds guest experience and reputation tools. Revenue management, a guest marketing CRM, digital marketing and websites are add-ons. Its home page says 20,000+ properties in 150+ countries use it, and lists 450+ integration partners. Price each alternative against the Cloudbeds plan you actually use.
LobbyMind
LobbyMind is a property system for guest houses, hotels and resorts, with prices on the page. Starter is from USD 29 a month per property for up to 15 rooms. Growth is from USD 6 a room a month with a USD 99 minimum, and comes with a 30-day trial and free import. Every plan includes the front desk, reservations, rates, folios, housekeeping on any phone, a guest web portal in 8 languages, statutory exports, a copilot and the channel manager connection to 78 channels, among them Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and Agoda.
What it lacks next to Cloudbeds: card payments outside the Maldives (its only gateway today is the Bank of Maldives gateway), a POS or POS connector, a native app, revenue management with market data, and a large integration marketplace. The booking engine and a website are add-ons priced on request. There is no ready-made Cloudbeds import: you load CSV exports through plain CSV import and map each column, with a preview before anything is saved. Read the full Cloudbeds vs LobbyMind comparison.
Mews
Mews is priced per room, by quote after a short call, in three plans: Mews Pro, Mews Core for less complex properties, and Enterprise. Mews Pro includes property management, revenue management, a channel manager with a 400-channel network, embedded payments, a booking engine with group bookings, kiosks and digital keys, business intelligence and housekeeping. A POS runs in the same system. Its Marketplace lists 1,000+ integrations with no connection fees. It suits hotels that want payments, POS and revenue tools from one vendor. See Mews vs LobbyMind.
Little Hotelier
Little Hotelier, powered by SiteMinder, is built for small properties. It lists 450+ booking channels, a booking engine, a calendar, a mobile app, payments with transaction fees, and add-ons for metasearch, dynamic pricing, guest engagement and a website builder. The price appears after you enter your number of rooms, and the trial lasts 30 days with no lock-in contract. It suits small places whose main job is filling rooms across many channels. See Little Hotelier vs LobbyMind.
eZee Absolute
eZee Absolute's pricing link opens Yanolja Cloud Solution's pricing page, which shows Essential at USD 130 a month and Growth at USD 240 a month for 1 to 5 rooms, rising with room count. Essential bundles the PMS, channel manager, booking engine and card payments where Stripe, Razorpay or Xendit is available. A restaurant POS costs USD 90 per outlet a month. The eZee site lists 130+ channels and a 14-day free trial. It suits hotels that want a starting price on the page and a restaurant POS from the same vendor. See eZee Absolute vs LobbyMind.
Hotelogix
Hotelogix describes itself as a cloud-based hospitality tech company based in Singapore, founded in 2008. It lists a PMS, front desk, point of sale, housekeeping, a revenue management system, a web booking engine and a channel manager, for hotels, resorts, B&Bs, serviced apartments and hostels. It states 12K+ hotels in 100+ countries, 13 languages and 100+ third-party integrations. Pricing is by quote. It suits properties that want a cloud PMS with a POS and are fine pricing through sales.
Sirvoy
Sirvoy is a property system for independent accommodation businesses. It lists a front desk, booking engine, channel manager, website builder and automations. Its pricing page shows a free plan for 1 room, paid plans in euros set by room count, and a 14-day free trial with no credit card; the channel manager is in the Pro plan. It suits independent hosts and small properties that want to start free and see the price up front.
How to choose
- Write down what you use in Cloudbeds today: payments, channels, booking engine, integrations, reports.
- Cross off any option that lacks one you need. For LobbyMind, check payments and POS first.
- Get a price for a year, for your room count, from each vendor, with add-ons.
- Ask what each one can import from a Cloudbeds export, and try it.
- Run the new system beside Cloudbeds before you switch over.
Where Cloudbeds fits better
- You want payments, the booking engine and the channel manager from one vendor, with card processing in many countries.
- You rely on many connected tools: Cloudbeds lists 450+ integration partners.
- You want revenue management, a CRM, digital marketing and websites from the same company as your PMS.
- Your team knows Cloudbeds well and your quote fits. A switch costs time, even with free import.
