Connect one Zoho Books organization to a property. Guest invoices, credit notes, payments and supplier bills reach your books, with a history you can review.
What it does
- Send every tax invoice, credit note, receipt and refund of a folio, or one balanced journal per business day after the night audit.
- Customers are the real guest or company with name, email, phone and address. Invoices are posted, not left as drafts.
- Supplier bills from Expenses become bills in Zoho Books, with a vendor payment applied for each payment and withholding sent as Zoho TDS.
- A work ledger shows per invoice or per date what reached the books and what needs review. An uncertain write waits for a check instead of repeating.

Set it up
Open the App store, choose Zoho Books and sign in with Zoho in your region.
Pick your organization by name. Its currency must match the property’s.
Pick a posting mode, then map revenue, service charge, taxes and payments from named lists with suggestions.
Review the start date and the records it covers, then start.

Which Zoho region does it use?
Sign-in runs through the Zoho region of your account, so an account in any Zoho data centre can connect.
Do we send every invoice, or one journal a day?
You choose per property. Every invoice suits guest houses and small hotels. A daily journal, built after the night audit, suits hotels. A change of mode applies from a date forward.
What happens when a bill is in another currency?
The bill goes in with its own currency and the stored rate, when your books have multi-currency on. A realised exchange difference posts as its own journal on the account you mapped.
