Hotel WhatsApp integration
Guests write on WhatsApp. Your team answers from one inbox.
Connect your WhatsApp Business number to a property. Guest messages arrive as conversations in the inbox, and your replies go out on your business number.
What it does
- Guest messages and delivery receipts arrive by webhook, signed by Meta, in the inbox.
- Free text goes out inside the 24-hour customer-service window. Outside it, only templates Meta has approved go out.
- Replies leave from your own business number, and links and read receipts work.
- The Test environment keeps messages in the inbox without sending any, so you can try it before Meta verifies your number.
